International Certificates Website

  1. The certificates accredited by the OAB-UK, along with their associated information, are displayed after entering the International Certificate Serial Number (ICSN) in the designated field on the International Certificates website.https://i.oxfordab.co.uk/
  2. The International Certificate Serial Number (ICSN) is assigned to the certificate holder and is printed on the certificate. Only the person concerned with the certificate, the training course organiser, and the OAB-UK can view it. The holder has the right to dispose of it and send it to whomever he wishes.
  3. The international certification website displays the certificate image in GPG format, along with the certificate information. The certificate holder can send the electronic link to the certificate to anyone who wishes, download the certificate in PDF format, and access the topics of the training package (for the program or training course) attached to the certificates of attendance. It should be accredited and certified by the OAB-UK in PDF format, serving as evidence for the certificate holder of which training course participants attended.
  4. Certificates are available on the Certificates website for a minimum of five years from the date of issue, and OAB-UK reserves the right to remove them after this period has elapsed.

International Credential Numbering System (ICSN)

International Serial Number of Certificates (ICSN): This is an international sequential numbering system used for certificates issued or accredited by the OAB-UK.
So that each certificate has its international serial number, and each certificate has its link on the certificates website that follows the international certificate number.

ICSN is used to verify the validity of the certificate and its accreditation by the OAB-UK through the OAB-UK International Certificates website.

Each certificate issued or accredited by the OAB-UK has its own ICSN number and QR code.

International Standards of Participation Certificates

The importance of international participation certificates

  • Confirms the holder’s attendance at a training program or activity that meets the international standards of the OAB-UK.
  • Document trainees’ commitment to course attendance through an internationally accredited training provider.
  • The international certification confirms that the training resources (trainer and training package) have been achieved.
  • Issued by Oxford International Academy in Britain, and accredited by OAB-UK
  • These certificates are issued as the final result of accrediting the trainer, training centre, training package, or international exam, and signify the achievement of the ultimate goal of accreditation.

Content of participation certificates

  1. Certificate language: English
  2. Licensing: The certificate must be issued by a training institution licensed locally to provide training and internationally accredited by OAB-UK (training centre accreditation, trainer accreditation, and training package accreditation)
  3. Issuing Authority: The certificate must contain the name, logo and seal of the issuing authority.
  4. Accreditation body: The certificate must contain the name, logo and seal of the accreditation body.
  5. Training program name (Training Diploma – Training Course)
  6. Name of the trainee who met the requirements for obtaining the certificate according to the passport
  7. Start and end date of the training course/training activity
  8. Number of training hours: The duration of the training program in hours (provided that it is within the approved hours standards for each program)
  9. How to attend the training program: in-person attendance (whether in the training hall or online) or recorded attendance online.Or search(scientific)
  10. Final Evaluation Result: Only for courses awarded after a knowledge assessment exam is held before awarding the certificate. This does not apply to attendance and participation certificates.
  11. Name of the certified trainer who conducted the training
  12. Name and logo of the accredited training institution that conducted the training
  13. International Certificate Serial Number (ICSN)
  14. The certificate must include the date of issue.

 

Specifications of international participation certificates:

  • Issued by the Oxford International Academy in Britain and accredited by the OAB-UK.
  • It bears the name and logo of the accredited training centre that organised the course, as well as the name and logo of the certified trainer who delivered the course.
  • It carries a unique International Certificate Serial Number (ICSN), which is used for authentication and verification on the international certification website.
  • Includes QR Code for easy verification of certificate.
  • It appears on the international certificates website free of charge for at least 5 years.
  • It is delivered electronically to the course organiser through the international certification website, using the international serial number.
  • Internationally accredited and requires no additional certification.
  • Issued according to the international certification standards of the OAB-UK.
  • Possibility of obtaining certificates certified by government agencies such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after meeting the requirements for an additional fee and shipping fees.

Certificate of attendance of accredited training courses, 

  • The course must be organised by a training provider (training centre or independent trainer) who holds a valid professional membership with the OAB-UK.
  • The training course must be presented by a certified trainer who holds a valid accreditation from the OAB-UK.
  • The training package for the training program (training course or training diploma) must be accredited by the OAB-UK.
  • The attendance requirement for participants in the training course (in-person or online) must be met under the supervision of an accredited training provider (an accredited independent trainer or an accredited training centre) in one of the approved forms of attendance.
  • Synchronous attendance (in-person or online).
  • Asynchronous online attendance (recorded courses).
  • Attend a research conference after ensuring that the competencies have been met (after submitting a peer-reviewed scientific research paper on the course topic, which will be published on the OAB-UK website).
  • Submit a certificate request from the account of the accredited training provider who organised the training course when the course starts.
  • The participant must have achieved the approved attendance rate of 80% as a minimum, or reach a score of 75% or above in the approved assessment exam for the course (if available) through the OAB-UKExams website.
  • The responsibility for participants meeting the certification accreditation criteria lies with the training provider applying for certification.

Procedures for issuing a certificate of attendance for Certified training courses

  • Upon completion of registration for the accredited course, the training provider submits a request to issue certificates from their professional account on the Authority’s website, which includes participant information and course information.
  • Issuing an invoice from the OAB-UK for the certificate fees
  • Once the invoice is paid, the certificate issuance procedures begin.
  • The accreditation body issues certificates within 72 hours of receiving the application and sends them to the course organiser before the end of the course.
  • The Authority sends a letter via email or WhatsApp to the training provider, including the international ICSN number for each international certificate, to be downloaded from the international certificates website.

Internationally Accredited Examination Certificate 

  • International exams are accredited for training providers from institutions, not individuals. After the exam is accredited, it is uploaded to the international exams website.
  • The exam is submitted through the OAB-UK International Examinations website.
  • A certificate is issued to applicants for the international exam, which includes the result achieved by the participant without indicating the passing mark. Specifically for the exam
  • The training package approval includes the attachment of an optional exam that aims to measure the extent to which participants benefit from the training course and achieve the objectives of the training package. A certificate of participation is issued upon successful completion of the exam. This exam is optional and is at the discretion of the training package organiser. The exam is taken through the International Examinations Website.

Procedures for issuing an international examination certificate

  • Submit an exam application from the exam organiser, including the names of the exam participants and the exam date.
  • Issue an invoice from the OAB-UK for the exam fees and certificate
  • Once the invoice is paid, the exam link and password to open the exam will be sent to you.
  • The exam will be submitted under the supervision of the exam organiser according to the specified date.
  • Each participant registers on the exam website to take the exam.
  • The result of each participant will appear immediately after the exam is completed.
  • The exam organiser submits the certificate issuance request.
  • The accreditation body issues certificates within 72 hours of receiving the application and sends them to the exam organiser.
  • The Authority sends a letter via email or WhatsApp to the training provider, including the international ICSN number for each international certificate, to be downloaded from the international certificates website.

Certificate of Training Activities:

  • The Oxford International Academy issues this certificate to participants in training activities that qualify for accreditation, such as: conferences of all kinds, training workshops, art exhibitions, community initiatives, seminars, forums, employment fairs, training exhibitions, cultural and knowledge competitions, or any activity approved by the Accreditation Committee of the OAB-UK.
  • A certificate of participation in a training activity is issued to participants, lecturers, the training activity organiser, training activity volunteers, or training activity sponsors.
  • The training activity or the activity organiser does not have to be accredited by the OAB-UK.
  • Any accredited training provider can submit a request for certification of training activities from their account on the OAB-UK website.
  • That the activity is carried out.
  • Training activities include those implemented or co-implemented by training and educational institutions. The approved and cooperating bodies are as follows:
  • Training workshop
  • Conferences
  • Community initiative
  • seminar
  • Forum
  • Exhibitions of all kinds (training or job fair, technical, etc.)

Procedures for issuing a training activities certificate

  • The activity organiser does not need to be accredited by the OAB-UK. Still, an application for issuing a training activity certificate must be submitted on behalf of an accredited training provider (an accredited training centre or accredited trainer). The application must include information about the training activity and the names of the participants who are entitled to certificates.
  • Issuing an invoice from the OAB-UK for the certificate fees
  • The accreditation body issues certificates within 48 hours of payment of the invoice.
  • Suppose the names of the participants are available 48 hours before the start of the activity. In that case, certificates can be delivered to participants during the activity (such as a conference) after they have downloaded and printed them from the certificates website.
  • The Authority sends a letter via email or WhatsApp to the training provider, including the international ICSN number for each international certificate, to be downloaded from the international certificates website.

An international certificate supporting the local certificate. 

  • These certificates are issued to training institutions that have obtained training provider accreditation and have a valid international professional membership from the OAB-UK.
  • A training institution accredited by the OAB-UK applies to issue a certificate confirming the local certificate for its former students who have obtained local certificates certified by a local official authority. A copy of the certificate must be attached to the application.
  • The training package for the training course is not required to be accredited by the OAB-UK for the local certificate.
  • The issuance of certificates supporting the local certification of the accredited training institution will continue for 6 months only from the date of accreditation of the training institution.
  • Oxford International Academy issues this certificate based on a local certificate, certified by a locally accredited institution.
  • Local certificates are documented on the International Certificates website, where the local certificate and its associated information are stored. The OAB-UK’s international certificates website also includes the international certificate, which is in the form of a PDF file, and is granted. The International Certificate Sequence Number (ICSN) gives it a global character.

Procedures for issuing an international certificate supporting a local certificate

  • Apply to issue an international certificate supporting the local certificate from an accredited training provider (accredited training centre only). The application includes information about the training course, the names of the participants, and a copy of each participant’s locally certified certificate (in scanned or PDF format).
  • Issuing an invoice from the OAB-UK for the certificate fees
  • The accreditation body issues certificates within 48 hours of payment of the invoice.
  • The Authority sends a letter via email or WhatsApp to the training provider, including the international ICSN number for each international certificate, to be downloaded from the international certificates website.

International Standards of Accreditation Certificates

Issued directly by the OAB-UK, it is awarded to the four training pillars: training providers, trainers, training package, and international exam.

  • This certification grants the independent trainer the authority to have their training packages approved as training resources associated with them.
  • This certificate entitles the training provider to issue certificates of participation to trainees participating in courses for the training packages accredited for the duration of the accreditation’s validity by the OAB-UK.
  • The certificate is obtained after registering on the OAB-UK website as a trainer, submitting an electronic accreditation application, and receiving approval from the accreditation committee that the trainer has met the necessary standards for accreditation.

Certificate issuance requirements

  1. The training institution submits an electronic accreditation application through the OAB-UK website.
  2. The accreditation committee must approve the accreditation application, and the certificate issuance fees must be paid.
  3. The certificate is displayed on the international certification website and the accredited training centre page of the OAB-UK website.
  4. The certificate will be issued through the International Certificates website within 72 hours of submitting the application and paying the issuance fee.
  • International Training Provider Accreditation Certificate 
  • The certificate is issued in the name of the training provider, whether it is an institute, training centre, electronic training platform, or training company.
  • This certificate confirms that the training provider has obtained international professional membership from the OAB-UK and is entitled to accredit training packages, trainers, and provide training courses.
  • This certification gives the training provider the right to accredit its associated training resources (associated trainers, training packages, international exams).
    This certificate entitles the training provider to issue certificates of participation to trainees participating in courses for the training packages accredited for the duration of the accreditation’s validity by the OAB-UK.
  • The certificate is obtained after registering on the OAB-UK website as a centre, submitting an electronic accreditation application, and receiving approval from the accreditation committee that the training provider has met the necessary standards for accreditation.

Certificate issuance requirements

  1. The training institution submits an electronic accreditation application through the OAB-UK website.
  2. The accreditation committee must approve the accreditation application, and the certificate issuance fees must be paid.

    • Training Bag Accreditation Certificate 
    • Issued in the name of the training package organiser as an accredited independent trainer or accredited training centre
    • This certificate confirms that the organiser of the training package owns the intellectual property and is authorised to provide it to trainees.
    • This certificate entitles the training package organiser to issue international participation certificates to trainees participating in courses accredited by the OAB-UK for the duration of the accreditation’s validity.
    • The certificate is obtained after the organiser registers on the OAB-UK website as a trainer or training centre, submits an electronic accreditation application for the training package, and the accreditation committee approves that it meets the necessary standards for accreditation.
  • Certificate issuance requirements

    1. The training program organiser (training provider or independent trainer) must submit an electronic accreditation application through the OAB-UK website.
    2. The accreditation committee must approve the accreditation application, and the certificate issuance fees must be paid.
    3. The certificate is displayed on the international certification website and the training program organiser’s page (training centre or independent trainer) on the OAB-UK website.

    • Training Bag Accreditation Certificate

  • Certificate issuance requirements

    1. The training program organiser (training provider or independent trainer) must submit an electronic accreditation application through the OAB-UK website.
    2. The accreditation committee must approve the accreditation application, and the certificate issuance fees must be paid.
    3. The certificate is displayed on the international certification website and the training program organiser’s page (training centre or independent trainer) on the OAB-UK website.
    4. The certificate will be issued through the International Certificates website within 72 hours of submitting the application and paying the issuance fee
      • International Examination Accreditation Certificate 
      • Issued on behalf of the International Examination Organiser and is an accredited training provider.
      • This certificate confirms that the international exam organiser is the intellectual property owner of the exam.
      • This certificate entitles applicants to take the international exam through the OAB-UK Examinations Authority website, allowing them to receive exam passing certificates from the OAB-UK.
      • The certificate is obtained after the training provider registers on the OAB-UK website as a training centre and submits an electronic accreditation application for the exam. The accreditation committee then approves that it meets the necessary standards for accreditation.
    • Certificate issuance requirements

      1. The training provider must submit its international exam accreditation application electronically through the OAB-UK website.
      2. A computer room equipped with surveillance cameras connected to the Internet is provided if the exam is taken through the training institution.
      3. The Accreditation Committee must approve the accreditation request for the exam.
      4. The certificate will be issued through the International Certificates website within 72 hours of submitting the application and paying the issuance fee.
  • OAB-UK Agent Accreditation Certificate 
  • Issued in the name of the agent of the OAB-UK, which is a locally licensed institution in the field of training, consulting or services.
  • This certificate confirms that the holder is an agent of the OAB-UK in the area covered by it.
  • This certificate grants the agency the authority to communicate with trainers and training centres to accredit them by the OAB-UK and monitor the training services provided by trainers and training providers.
  • The certificate is obtained after registering the agent on the OAB-UK website as an agent and submitting the electronic accreditation application, along with the accreditation committee’s approval that it meets the necessary standards for accreditation.
    • Certificate issuance requirements

      • The agent must register on the Authority’s website through the agent’s registration link after communicating with the Authority’s management.
      • The OAB-UK agent must submit an electronic accreditation request through the OAB-UK Agency website. The accreditation committee must approve the agent’s accreditation application.
      • The certificate will be issued through the International Certificates website within 72 hours of submitting the application and paying the issuance fee.
