- Focus on practical skills: Assessment measures memorisation, application, and analysis.
- Comparability: The ability to compare results globally between countries and institutions.
- International Recognition: By ensuring international recognition of educational outcomes in global education, university admissions, employment, and work, we validate the efforts of educators and institutions worldwide. This recognition not only connects us all in a global educational community but also underscores the importance of our work, making educators and institutions feel connected and valued in the global educational community.

Ways of Assessment and Examination adopted by the OAB-UKThe OAB-UK issues certificates according to the assessment method that achieves the competencies required for issuance in the following forms: - Evaluation by computer-based examination: Examinations are given through the OAB-UK International Examinations website
- Practical evaluation: The evaluation is a project that applies the practical concepts from the training course, such as a training package for a public training workshop, and utilises the knowledge gained from the TOT course.
- Scientific research: After receiving the scientific content of the training course, the trainee submits a comprehensive scientific research paper on the subject of the training course. A specialised committee evaluates the research paper. If the research paper is approved, the trainee is entitled to a certificate of attendance, which proves that they have achieved the required competencies.
